                            Many acts are implemented by government to develop government schools and provide education to all the students of this country. Large amount of funds are being released by government for its maintenance. Still we see the same school building which was 15 or 20 years ago. Some of them are in worst condition. Parents now a days send their children to private school which provides excellent facilities at higher price. The one who can't afford those price sends their children to government school, not all but most of them. In spite of having huge funds, government schools never develop. It may sound harsh but that's reality.       Well you may have watched "Sar.Hi.Pra.Shaale kasargod" and felt proud of government Kannada medium schools. But in my guess that lasted for few minutes.     ಮ ರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದರೆ ಅಮೃತ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಂತೆ. ಇದೇ ಅನುಭವ ನನಗಾಯಿತು. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸಿನಿಮಾಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಂತೆ ಇದ್ದ ಸಿನೆಮಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ " ಒಂದಲ್ಲಾ ಎರಡಲ್ಲಾ " ನೀರಿದ್ದಂತೆ. ಈ ಸಿನೆಮಾ ಎಂಬ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ನೀರಿರುವ ಒಯಾಸಿಸ್ ನಂತೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಕಡಿಮೆ. ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ಒಯಾಸಿಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾನಿ ಕೂಡ ಆಗಬಾರದು. ಅವೆಲ್ಲ ವಿಷಯ ಪಕ್ಕಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟು... ಈ ಸಿನೆಮಾ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಒಂದೆರಡು ಮಾತಾಡೋಣ.     ಇವತ್ತು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದಿಂದ ಹೊರ ಬರುವಾಗ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ವರುಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಸಿನೆಮಾ ನೋಡಿದ ಖುಷಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. ಮಗುವಿನ ಮುಗ್ಧತೆಯ ಸುತ್ತ ಎಷ್ಟು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಥೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರೆ ನಾವು ಕೂಡ ಸಮೀರನಂತೆ ಮಗುವಾಗಿಬಿಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಹೇಗೆ ಸಿನೆಮಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಹುಲಿ ನಡುವೆ ಸ್ನೇಹ ಹುಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆಯೋ.. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಗಡದವರು ಒಂದಾದರೆ ಮಗುವಿನಂತೆ ಮುಗ್ಧತೆಯ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಬಹುದು.    ಆಹಾ!!! ಆ ಕಥೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಹಾಡುಗಳು, ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳು... ವಾಹ್!! ಈ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಜನರ ಶ್ರಮ "ಒಂದಲ್ಲಾ ಎರಡಲ್ಲಾ"... ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಒಬ್ಬರಲ್ಲಾ ಇಬ್ಬರಲ್ಲಾ ಹಲವಾರು.... ಇವರಿಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಇಂತಹ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು....    ಎಲ್ರಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವುದಿಷ್ಟೇ...

ಓ ದುಗರೇ ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನ್ ಮಳೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾ, ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಾಲಿಡಲು ಯೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಈ ಸ್ತಿತಿ ಆದರೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಕೇಳಲೇಬೇಡಿ.  ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಮುಗಿದರೂ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ. ಮನೇಲೆ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರಲು ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗೆ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಕಳೆದರೂ, ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಬೇಗ ಏಳುವುದು ರೂಢಿಯಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವತ್ತು ನಾಗರಪಂಚಮಿ ಹಬ್ಬ ಬೇರೆ, ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಬೇಗ ಏಳಲೇ ಬೇಕು. ಅದಿರಲಿ, ನಿಮಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೆನಪಿದೆಯೇ,..? ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯ ದಿನ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣವನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿ, ಸಿಹಿ ತಿಂದು ಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು. ಆದರೆ ಏನ್ ಮಾಡ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಯರೆ, ನೆನ್ನೆ ರಾತ್ರಿ PUBG ಆಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಬೇಗ ಏಳಲು ಆಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.       ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯ ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಇರುವ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತಡ ರಾತ್ರಿ ದನವೊಂದು ಕರು ಹಾಕಿತು. ಇದೇ ಇವತ್ತಿನ ವಿಶೇಷ. ಇವತ್ತು ಹಬ್ಬ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ದನಗಳಿಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ತಿನ್ನಲು ತಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಆ ಕರು ನೋಡಲು ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು. ವಿಶೇಷವೆಂದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಕ ಪಕ್ಕ ಇದ್ದ ದನಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ನಾಯಿಗಳಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಹೀಗೆ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ "ಅಂಬಾ...ಅಂಬಾ" ಅನ್ನೋ ಶಬ್ದ ಕ್ಷೀಣಿಸ...

          ಅ ದೊಂದು ಕಾಲವಿತ್ತು, ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಎದ್ದು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಗುಬ್ಬಚ್ಚಿಯ ಚಿಲಿಪಿಲಿ ಕಲರವವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು. ಸಂಜೆಯಾದರೆ, ಗುಬ್ಬಚ್ಚಿ ಮರಳಿ ಗೂಡಿಗೆ ಸೇರುವುದನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ನೋಡಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ಅವು ತಮ್ಮ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲೇ ಹಾರಾಡುತ್ತ ಕುಣಿಯುತ್ತ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಇದ್ದವು. ಅವುಗಳ ಸಂತೋಷವೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಪರಿಸರವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಖುಷಿಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಹೇಳಿ! ಅದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕಿಗಳ ಕಲರವವೂ ಸೇರಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಖುಷಿ.         ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಜಾಗ ಬೇಡ, ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಮರವಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಾಕು, ಗುಬ್ಬಚಿಯೂ ಖುಷಿ ಖುಷಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ. ಹಾಗೆ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಈ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಆಸೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಇವರ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಪರಿವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು ಎಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಲ್ಲ. ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಚಿನ್ನ, ಆಸ್ತಿ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ಕಿತ್ತಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆಸ್ತಿಯ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಂತೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವವೇ ತಿಳಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ವಂತ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನೇ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರ ಹಾಕುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿರುವಾಗ, ಈ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಜೀವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಇದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮೂಡುತ್ತದೆ.          ಅದೆಲ್ಲ ಇರಲಿ, ಇಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಜಂಜಾಟವಿಲ್ಲದ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗುಬ್ಬಚಿಯ ವಿಚಾರದ್ಲಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಘೋರ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಬ್ಲಾಗಿನ ಜೊತೆ ಹಾಕಿರ...

             ಓ ದುಗರೇ, ನಾನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರಿನ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಬಹು ಸಮಯದ ಇಚ್ಛೆ. ಸುತ್ತ ಮುತ್ತಲೂ ಎಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲೂ ಹಸಿರು , ಗುಡ್ಡ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇರುವ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನ ಹೃದಯ ಎಂದೇ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು. ಇಂತಹ ವಾತಾವರಣದ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧ್ಭುತ ಎಂದೇ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು.        ಈ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಈ ನಿಲಯ ಅಧ್ಭುತ ಎನ್ನಬಹುದು. ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಸೀಟ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತ್ತು. ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ವಸತಿಯ ಬಗೆಗೆ ತಲೆಕೆಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ  ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಮ್ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, "ನೀವು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರಲ್ವಾ, ನೀವು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಿಂದ ಹೀಗೆ ಎದುರಿನ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋದರೆ ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯ ಇದೆ" ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.         ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯದ ವಾತಾವರಣ ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಕಟ್ಟಡ, ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಗೆ ಬಗೆಯ ಹೂವುಳ್ಳ ಗಿಡಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಗಣಪತಿ ಯ ಗುಡಿ. ಹುಡುಗರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ತುಂಬಾ...

              T he technology is growing at the speed of light. The product you buy today is outdated for tomorrow. If we see our self 10 years ago, the whole idea of technology is different. Internet speeds were not that great. We were not dependent on technology so much. Even if we want to watch movie on television we used to refer newspaper for day-to-day TV stats.         Even the YouTube and Blogger were not so familiar. If you are reading this post means because of technology. The pace of humans has changed with the changing pace of technology. For example first we used to send images or any documents using email that to with limited size. Now we have so many free online cloud drives or we can use social messenger like WhatsApp to share these media files.        The usage of internet has been changed along with speeds. We use to hang out with 1 GB of data for a whole month. Now its not enough ...

          A boy who can illustrate the meaning of anything by his sketches. His hands can create any magic. That magic can sometimes bring a laugh in our face, tear with happiness or spread any social messages. I’m blessed to meet this kind of personality. I owe my cousin for introducing him.            Sidda Gurunath is the name of the talented man. He creates magic with his artwork. I would like to introduce him as the future cartoonist. We can only find a few persons with these kinds of talent and he is a gem. Connecting heart with the mind just within a cartoon is a marvelous work. He’s good at it. He had made a calligraphic sketch for my birthday. It was wonderful. Well forgot to mention, he is a future doctor too. Hope he will do great with his works.  As a friend, I thought of writing this.
