ENTERTAINMENT IS NOT EVERYTHING

        Most of the people watch movies for the sake of entertainment. Yes I agree with that point. Some where some movies fail in conveying a message to society. But entertainment can make us satisfy at that moment itself. Conveying a message which touches our heart brings overall satisfaction.

      In our society criminals are the one who live without any worries. Because these cops always find one or the other innocent people and fit them in those cases. We know but we can't stop it. But in the same way 4 innocent men are prisoned for long years. 

    After some years they get a strong reason to defend someone and fight against those who did it. In midst of it, bond between father and daughter is awesome. 
 
    At last the 4 innocent men in four costumes representing 4 pillars of our nations are shown beautifully. 

      The way the movie went was awesome. Yes I'm talking about "Chowka" movie. Some movie just entertain us. But this movie touched our heart. Please don't miss a second and go watch this movie. 

 This movie showed something above entertainment!!!!

        ಗಾವೋ ವಿಶ್ವಸ್ಯ ಮಾತರಃ ಎಂದರೆ ಈ ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೆ ಗೋವು ತಾಯಿ ಇದ್ದಂತೆ. ಸರಳ, ಮೂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ ವಾದ ಜೀವಿ. ನಾವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ತೋರಿಸ್ತಿವೋ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀರಿದ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ನಮಗೆ  ಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದರ ಹಾಲು ಎಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಕಾರಿ ಎಂದರೆ ಅದಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ಆಹಾರ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.   ನಾವು ತಿನ್ನುವ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಸಿಹಿ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು ಹಾಲಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತಯಾರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಹಾಲನ್ನು ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಡೈರಿ ಫಾರ್ಮ ಗಳ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ . ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಗುವ ನಷ್ಟ ಅಷ್ಟಿಷ್ಟಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಬರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಉಳಿಗಾಲವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂತಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ.       ಮೊನ್ನೆ ತಾನೆ ಸಾಗರದ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಡೈರಿ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದಾಜು 300 ದನಗಳು ಇದ್ದವು. ಸುಮಾರಷ್ಟು ಹೈಬ್ರಿಡ್ ತಳಿಗಳು. ಉಳಿದವು ಮಲ್ನಾಡ್ ಗಿಡ್ಡ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಂದಾಜು 600 ಲೀಟರ್ ಹಾಲು ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ದನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ 200 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಯಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 300 ದನಕ್ಕೆ  ಅಂದಾಜು 60,000 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಲೀಟರ್ ಗು ಅಬ್ಬಬ್ಬಾ ಅಂದರೆ 40 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸೋಣ. ಹಂಗಾದ್ರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬರೋದು  24000 ರ...

ನೆನಪಿನಂಗಳ

             ಓ ದುಗರೇ, ನಾನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರಿನ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಬಹು ಸಮಯದ ಇಚ್ಛೆ. ಸುತ್ತ ಮುತ್ತಲೂ ಎಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲೂ ಹಸಿರು , ಗುಡ್ಡ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇರುವ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನ ಹೃದಯ ಎಂದೇ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು. ಇಂತಹ ವಾತಾವರಣದ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧ್ಭುತ ಎಂದೇ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು.        ಈ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಈ ನಿಲಯ ಅಧ್ಭುತ ಎನ್ನಬಹುದು. ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಸೀಟ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತ್ತು. ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ವಸತಿಯ ಬಗೆಗೆ ತಲೆಕೆಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ  ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಮ್ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, "ನೀವು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರಲ್ವಾ, ನೀವು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಿಂದ ಹೀಗೆ ಎದುರಿನ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋದರೆ ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯ ಇದೆ" ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.         ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯದ ವಾತಾವರಣ ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಕಟ್ಟಡ, ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಗೆ ಬಗೆಯ ಹೂವುಳ್ಳ ಗಿಡಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಗಣಪತಿ ಯ ಗುಡಿ. ಹುಡುಗರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ತುಂಬಾ...

TIME FOR CHANGE

                                                                           Education is a part of our life. It is something which gives us a perfect shape for life. Education is not something which makes you earn money or makes you conquer whole world. It is initially a process of gaining knowledge and then letting ourselves to a stream of knowledge in which we have interest. But currently education is transforming into a money machine which gives loads & loads of money. Oops!! I’m sorry, it is machine which mints money from people. Let us keep those things aside. Education is not about studying all time, attending each & every classes, then swallowing all the information and finally vomiting out it in exams . Then why the hell these educational institutions are required. ...
